Term 2 of School Year 2026 to 2027 runs from September 16 to December 18, 2026 under DepEd’s three-term calendar (DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2026). Here is a parent-friendly overview of what Grade 3 learners study this term, based on the learning competencies in the three-term Budget of Work, with simple ways to help at home.

Grade 3 Math, Term 2

  • Adding up to 10,000 and money
  • Subtracting up to 10,000

  • Mass and Capacity: Read the mass and volume labels on grocery items together.
